The main objectives of the organizational structure of EMAE, implemented from
February 2002 on, is the constant search for better results, thus eliminating
the bureaucracy of the in-company procedures, with the scope of increasing
the value of its assets, and that of the technical knowledge, accumulated
by its employees.
EMAE is already prepared to consolidate its position in the electric energy
market segment, with a Presidency, 3 Managing Boards and 12 Departments, which
are responsible for the management of the company's strategic issues, such
as: environment; legal matters; auditing; and business communications, and
is prepared, as well as, to explore new business opportunities in the services
and consulting areas.
